The course environment is interactive. Therefore, you need to have a reliable Internet connection.

No, the course is flexible, though I recommend completing it over 28 days, taking two days for each Lesson. Whether you do the whole lesson in a day (including the reading, answering any self-reflection questions, and completing the exercise) or split it over two days, is up to you.

A new course is currently in development and I will post news about it as soon as possible.

The course comes with one year of access, but additional time is available for a nominal fee. Contact Brian for details.

You don’t have to start over from the beginning but discuss with Brian about the best course of action.

Not necessarily. You’ll be offered an opportunity within the course to work towards your chosen sobriety date. However, as much as the course is about overcoming addiction, it’s also about understanding addiction. It’s never a bad time to start.
